"Julie's team went above and beyond in determining the appropriate insurance for my family and business. Suggested several discounts available and how to get them, reviewed documents and options thoroughly in an understandable way. In particular, I've always been told I should have an umbrella policy but I never could grasp the concept. After a short conversation, I fully understood and checked that "to do" off my list. I finally feel relaxed and secure with our new policies and can't tell you how happy and free it felt to click "Cancel Policy" with the other insurance carriers we've had for 20+ years. "I was needing vehicle insurance for my 5 vehicles/family and called Julie's agency. Brett had quotes to me within an hour (where other agencies took 2 weeks). We bundled the house/umbrella to save money, as well as applied all the possible discounts we could! The service was fast and easy. I did it all over the phone and all calls are handled promptly. A plus is that Julie and her team are involved in the community.....they do things for Helping Hands Animal Shelter, get luggage/bags to those children in the foster care system, and have donated shoes for my shoe drive! Give them a try, I am glad I did!!"

"Unresponsive, unreliable, over priced scam. Ive been through 3 agent changes in less than 3 years. I was left stranded in a dangerous area for 4 hours by roadside assistance, ended up having to call family to come help as the tow never showed. Was told by my agent to call my own tow truck next time and they wold reimburse me, not exactly roadside assistance... When we worked on our house I called to report the changes and couldn't get a call back and eventually gave up. My rates have gone up nearly 20$/ mo in under three years with the company, with no warning or explanation. After getting fed up with the high rates of car insurance I called to be dropped down to liability only and low and behold the bill came this month and they didn't do what they said. I am switching companies asap, and do not recommend State Farm to anyone. Edit for owner response: Megan has giving me the wrong information on two different occasions. Including instructing me to file a claim I didn't need to file, then Julie had the nerve to tell me I should have called them before filing the claim: I did , and Megan gave the wrong info. You delegating everything to your assist is part of the problem. Working on changing companies now, I know state farm won't be there when I need them."

"After completion of our home we met with Brett to re-evaluate our coverage. He was very knowledgeable and all the changes were completed accurately. It was our first time in Julie’s office on Gage and it is very nice.🙂 Then one day recently I was taking a handicapped friend to the doctor and she had an emergency. Julie’s office was close so we stopped and asked if she could use the restroom. They said of course, and even helped my friend in and out of the car. Thank you Julie and staff for being there. You are appreciated!"
